We are looking to grow our team! Do you have a passion for Business Analysis?
We are currently hiring for a Associate Product Manager, Enterprise Products to work closely with Business Groups, D&T Resources and 3rd party software vendors to analyze and document requirements for solutions that provide value to our internal and external customers.
This role is responsible for requirements gathering / analysis and testing for various systems which support our lines of business. This individual will also be responsible for providing 2nd level support on these systems.
In addition, the successful incumbent will be supporting the Product Managers and Business Leads with management of the portfolio roadmaps
What The Role Is:
- Assist with several elements of product development, such as user research, building user stories, creating wireframes, and testing prototypes
- Maintain Product Documentation - functional specifications / Diagrams, user guides, and training materials
- Develop a partnership with the business and understand and document their needs, business processes and requirements
- Work with D&T / 3rd party developers to ensure that delivered solutions match business requirements
- Work with users in diagnosing production issues and doing root cause analysis
- Configure systems as per business requirements
- Collaborate with vendors on learning best practices and configuration details of various systems
Qualifications
What Is Required For Success:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience ERP applications Support (PeopleSoft FSCM, GL, AM, LA, AP, AR, BI, ePro, IN.OM, PO, Cash Management, Cost Management)
- 3+ years experience CRM application Support (Dynamics 365 / ServiceNow / Salesforce)
- 3+ years experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and supporting complex software systems
- Participation in 3rd party software implementations
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices

- Ability to Lead and Motivate small project teams though a projects life cycle
- Strong knowledge of business analysis – including requirements gathering and business process mapping
- Knowledge of writing SQL queries for data analysis
- Knowledge of reporting and data visualizing tools such as PowerBi and Cognos
- Clear and concise oral and written communication/presentation skills
