Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's development to create tailored learning plans.
- Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
- Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment.
- Engage children through storytelling, music, and crafts.
- Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and communicate findings to parents and supervisors.
- Establish guidelines for behavior and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.
- Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges.

- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Experience with special needs children, including those with behavioral issues, allergies, ADHD, or ADD.
- Security: Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check required.
