Key Responsibilities

• Chipping, painting, and cleaning deck surfaces.

• Lubricating moving parts of engines and machinery.
• Monitoring engine, machinery, and equipment indicators.
• Operating and maintaining off-loading liquid pumps and valves.
• Steering the ship or self-propelled vessel under the direction of an officer.
