Key Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones while monitoring progress.
• Utilize CADD and other computer software systems effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
• Manage budgets and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
