About the Job

As an Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our executive team. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile data to prepare documents and reports for executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel, create related itineraries, and make reservations.

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office.
