About the Job
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and common areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
- Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Making beds and changing sheets
- Distributing clean towels and toiletries
- Stocking the linen closet
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Cleaning and disinfecting elevators
- Handling and reporting lost and found items
- Attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Providing basic information on hotel facilities
- Picking up debris and emptying trash containers
