In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inviting bar experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our cocktail lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange the bar area to create attractive displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Organize the daily operations of the cocktail lounge or bar.
• Engage in short order cooking and food preparation to complement beverage offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and wash glassware to uphold hygiene standards.
• Serve food or snacks to patrons, ensuring timely and friendly service.
• Clean and maintain the draft beer system for optimal performance.
• Participate in hiring and dismissing staff as needed.
• Advise customers on wine selections and provide recommendations on drink choices.
• Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure high service standards.
• Train new staff members to uphold our service excellence.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and operate the cash register.
• Record and balance beverage sales accurately.
