Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and evaluate daily operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors.

Qualifications

Education

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.

Experience

  • 5 years or more in construction project management.

Certifications

  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate.
  • Construction Trade Certification.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • CADD Course and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
