About the Role
As a Residential Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with various disabilities, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health disabilities, and physical disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Preparing nutritious meals to support the health and well-being of our clients.
- Implementing behaviour management programs tailored to individual needs.
- Liaising with other social services agencies and healthcare providers involved with clients.

Requirements
- Work Term: Temporary
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 72 hours bi-weekly
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience
