About the Role
As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will play a vital role in our ophthalmology practice. You will work closely with ophthalmologists to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering eye drops, ointments, and medications as directed by ophthalmologists
- Operating ophthalmic testing and measuring instruments
- Recording test results and medications given by ophthalmologists
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Maintaining supplies
- Taking patients' general medical and ophthalmic history
