About the Job

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive nutritious meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and setting tables
• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
• Loading buspans and trays
• Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Placing dishes in storage areas
• Replenishing condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Keeping records of the quantities of food used
• Portioning and wrapping foods
• Stocking refrigerators and salad bars
