As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating memorable experiences. This seasonal position offers flexible hours ranging from 16 to 32 hours per week. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Registering arriving guests and assigning rooms
- Processing group arrivals and departures
- Taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
- Providing information on hotel facilities and local points of interest
- Resolving guest complaints and claims
- Maintaining an inventory of vacancies and room assignments
