Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 professional staff and volunteers, as well as oversee more than 20 participants in various programs.

- Coordinate and organize special events that engage the community.
- Teach students through lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips.
- Complete reports to document issues and work performed.
- Manage staff assignments and duties effectively.
