What You’ll Do
As a Fish Plant Worker, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your tasks will include:

- Setting up and operating machines to can, bag, box, or package fish and seafood products
- Processing fish and seafood by cleaning, cutting, cooking, smoking, brining, or dehydrating
- Weighing fish or shellfish, recording weight, and packing fish in ice
- Cleaning machines and your immediate work area
- Measuring and dumping ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
- Sorting fish according to species, weight, and destination
