• Setting up and operating machines to can, bag, box, or package fish and seafood products
• Processing fish and seafood by cleaning, cutting, cooking, smoking, brining, or dehydrating
• Weighing fish or shellfish, recording weight, and packing fish in ice
• Cleaning machines and your immediate work area
• Measuring and dumping ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
• Sorting fish according to species, weight, and destination
