As a Tilesetter, you will play a critical role in transforming spaces through your expertise in tile installation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered
• Mixing, applying, and spreading mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using hand trowels
• Creating rough plans and sketches for tile layouts
• Setting tiles in place and applying pressure to affix them securely
• Aligning and straightening tiles for a flawless finish
• Cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles using hand and power cutting tools
• Removing and replacing cracked or damaged tiles
• Laying and setting mosaic tiles to craft decorative wall, mural, and floor designs
• Cutting, surfacing, polishing, and installing marble and granite
• Mixing, laying, and polishing terra surfaces
• Installing tile strips as needed
