• Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs and maintenance.

• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
• Tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
