This is a permanent position offering 30 to 35 hours per week. As an Activities Leader, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing various recreational, fitness, and arts and crafts activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques.
- Plan and schedule engaging activities for groups and individuals.
- Assist in coordinating recreational, sport, and fitness events.
- Lead and instruct residents in arts and crafts sessions.
- Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
- Maintain and repair sports equipment as needed.
