Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs regarding merchandise or services.
• Process cash, credit card, and cheque transactions with accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and computerized inventory systems.
• Provide expert advice on our products and services.
• Assist in the display and merchandising of products.
• Conduct sales transactions through our online platform.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
• Prepare and track work orders and requisition orders for parts and supplies.
• Perform general office duties and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
