Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractors’ activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan accordingly.
  • Select trade subcontractors and manage their performance.

  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to agreements.
  • Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures.
  • Utilize CADD and other software systems effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
