Cleanflo Water Technologies is seeking a dedicated and skilled Journeyman/woman Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this permanent position, you will work between 35 to 40 hours per week, primarily in commercial and residential settings.
Your Responsibilities
As a Journeyman/woman Plumber, your role will involve:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Locating and marking positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
- Joining pipes using various methods such as couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding.
- Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes to the required shape and size.
