You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities across various settings, including residential, custom work, and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
- Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice.

- Establish work methods to meet schedules and read blueprints and drawings.
- Supervise and train workers, and arrange for additional training as necessary.
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- No formal education required; practical experience is key.
- Experience supervising a team of 3-4 carpenters.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
