- Record production information accurately.
- Set up and operate machines for canning, bagging, boxing, or packaging fish and seafood products.
- Operate machines to clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate, or process fish or seafood products.
- Weigh fish or shellfish, record weights, and pack fish in ice.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and immediate work areas.
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
