Are you a dedicated and skilled Fourth-Class Power Engineer looking for a permanent position in a dynamic environment? At Island Abbey Food Science Ltd, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the food processing industry within a manufacturing and industrial plant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain station records, logs, and reports.
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and other technical diagrams.
- Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunctions.
- Assist during routine systems testing and in locating and isolating system problems.
- Help develop operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
- Investigate problems to fix or make minor repairs.
- Maintain a daily log of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
- Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to ensure normal operation.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and start up/shut down power plant equipment.
Requirements
