Are you a dedicated and skilled Fourth-Class Power Engineer looking for a permanent position in a dynamic environment? At Island Abbey Food Science Ltd, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the food processing industry within a manufacturing and industrial plant setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain station records, logs, and reports.
  • Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and other technical diagrams.
  • Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist during routine systems testing and in locating and isolating system problems.
  • Help develop operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
  • Investigate problems to fix or make minor repairs.
  • Maintain a daily log of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
  • Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to ensure normal operation.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and start up/shut down power plant equipment.

Requirements
