About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Aquaculture Workers. This is a permanent position with a dynamic work environment that offers the opportunity to work outdoors and on the water. Key Responsibilities

• Feed aquaculture stock to ensure optimal growth.
• Cull, mark, or tag aquaculture stocks as needed.
• Clean and maintain aquaculture enclosures to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist aquaculture technicians in the operation of fish hatcheries and aquatic farms.
• Grade and weigh aquaculture stocks for quality control.
• Repair nets, splice ropes, and maintain fishing gear and other deck equipment.

Work Environment

• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Engage in repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Handle heavy loads, with weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Work in wet and damp conditions, often in/on water.
