Job Overview

As a Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant is well-stocked with the necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement process to maintain our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
• Assess the requirements of the establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
• Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best deals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff as needed.
• Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
