Your Role and Responsibilities

As a General Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our residential projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing production and other reports to track project progress.
• Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Supervising workers and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Overseeing apprenticeship training and fostering the development of new talent.
• Recruiting and hiring workers, along with managing staffing actions.
• Training team members or arranging for necessary training sessions.
• Preparing bids and estimating costs and materials for projects.
• Operating CADD and other computer software systems to aid in project planning.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Permanent position with a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Fluency in English is required.
