What You’ll Do
As a Fish Plant Worker, you will play a crucial role in the processing of fish and seafood. Your tasks will include:

- Scraping away scales, cutting fish, separating fillets, and removing scrap parts using a knife.
- Transporting fish and shellfish to the work area.
- Conditioning fish filets for wrapping or freezing.
- Checking products and packaging for defects to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Disjointing and removing meat from lobsters or other crustaceans.
- Recording production information.
- Setting up and operating machines for packaging and processing fish and seafood products.
