The main tasks include coordinating operations and administrative activities in collaboration with the base manager and the operations assistant. The selected candidate will be involved in different stages of the process, from the initial customer call to invoicing.

Administrative:

  • Classification of information in customer and supplier files.
  • Enter data into the company's computer system (AS400).
  • Write reports in the Windows environment (Word & Excel)
  • Prepare information for invoicing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Operational:

  • Welcome the visitors, customers and answer telephone calls.
  • Work in collaboration with staff members for the management and security of customers.
  • Help organize transportation and accommodation, according to the crew's needs.
  • Perform any other support task with the base manager and the operations assistant.

Qualifications
  • Studies in office automation and/or administration or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (MS-Word, Excel).
  • Good knowledge of English. (an advantage)
  • Sense of customer service and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage priorities and have good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a variable workload.
  • Positive attitude and professional discretion.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French.

Status: contractual (Student job for the 2025 summer - From May 26th to August 15th).
