MISSION

The Coordinator, Indigo Marketing supports the strategy, planning, implementation and execution of Indigo's customer-centric marketing programs to drive growth, traffic and brand affinity for Indigo, with a particular focus on supporting growth of the kids' business (book and toy).

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

  • Retail traffic to deliver sales
  • Online traffic to deliver sales
  • Successful delivery and execution of marketing plans (including planning, analysis & insight)
  • Customer engagement and growth
  • Budget tracking
  • Identification as a valued partner – internal and external
  • Contribute to market share growth in Kids' Books
  • Increase Kids' Event engagement as measured by store average reported attendees or event reservations
  • Increase plumTeacher engagement as measured by active email accounts

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

  • Support the execution of Kids Marketing programs and campaigns across trade and GM businesses
  • Support cross-functional ideation process for creative marketing campaigns
  • Support 360 marketing plans, including cross-functional projects that touch the kids' business
  • Support mass marketing briefs with creative studio and cross functional marketing team including work-back schedules, creative and approval processes
  • Review creative and copy decks to ensure brand adherence and guidelines are met across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including creative, retail operations, merchants, vendors & publishers and events, to ensure alignment and integration of all customer touch points
  • Support on key communications for retail teams
  • Support on key marketing insights for postmortems for each Indigokids campaign
  • Support on budget tracking & management
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs

Qualifications

Work Experience / Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
