You will be responsible for all efforts to deliver store reset projects by managing timelines, scope, budget, and all necessary project activities (i.e. planning, procurement, monitoring throughout project execution and project closeout). You will be accountable for the outcome of the projects and predefined KPI's.
This hybrid position is based in Montreal, but you may be considered if you are located in another metropolitan area in Canada. You must be bilingual, as you will interact regularly in both French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning all project meetings with key stakeholders to define, assign, and follow up on deliverables.
- Schedule deliveries from multiple vendors, coordinating pick-ups and arrivals to ensure all materials are delivered to site at the right time.
- Create showroom floorplans and retail layouts in AutoCAD; coordinating with the Retail Team to allocate product & planograms, and JDA Floor Planning maintenance.
- Creation, maintenance and upkeep of Project Management tools & assets, databases, and instructional guides.
- Develop and enact contingency plans as necessary in order to mitigate and respond to downside project risk.
- Support special projects (e.g. Mergers and Acquisitions) while maintaining strict confidentiality. Travel required 5% to 10% to conduct site surveys or assist with on-site changes.

Qualifications
To join our team, you must, among other things:
- Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- At least one (1) year of experience in project management with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, project management certifications, knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project), Power BI, and JDA floor planning (an asset).
