You are responsible for managing payables of the stores assigned to you, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.'s head office.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare control reports that establish the value of store inventories.
• Perform various clerical tasks, such as coding invoices, cost reports, claim records, variance reports, and managing centralized store documents.
• Validate various TAMS reports, file store documents, and handle various documents from the head office. Validate the purchase journal, the general ledger, and take the necessary steps to assist stakeholders in accounting for an annual inventory count.
• Manage and control the receipt of internal mail and mail from the stores.

To join our team, you need:

• Degree in accounting with 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
