This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in BC.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
  • Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory, and the TW and Cadel partner network
  • Implement, promote and follow up on TW and Cadel programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
  • Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
  • Hold regular business reviews with store managers.

Salary range: $75,300- $94,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.


Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time within your assigned territory
