As the Director of Business Development - Healthcare, you would be joining the team at a critical time in the market as there are several opportunities in the pipeline that require passionate talent to take them across the finish line. You'll play a crucial role in driving Sodexo's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Food and Facilities Management space. Your mission: expand our client base and generate revenue by proactively engaging with key decision-makers in high-potential markets.

In this dynamic role, you'll:
✅ Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline while working with our established pipeline, you will follow up on these qualified leads as well as use your highly skilled intuition in the marketplace to lead you to new business.
✅ Identify and pre-qualify new opportunities, positioning Sodexo as the partner of choice for healthcare organizations.
✅ Drive and close high-velocity deals, focusing on mid-to-large-sized accounts with transactional revenue potential.
✅ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, and the Proposal team to create winning strategies that convert leads into long-term partnerships.
