Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Global compensation, you will support the organization's sales teams regarding their short-term incentive programs. Your responsibilities will include compiling and analyzing all sales data necessary to accurately calculate and process sales incentive payments.

Your challenges:

  • Produce sales analyses and reports to measure monthly quota achievements and determine short-term incentive compensation for various sales teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure the data integrity used for all sales-related programs.
  • Assist managers with inquires and requests relates to sales incentive calculations.
  • Provide support for IT systems used in incentive calculations, as well as training and assistance to managers and users on IVision dashboards.
  • Support the Global Compensation team with various requests.
  • Generate statistics for the Global Compensation team and different sales teams.
  • Follow up with IT teams regarding licenses and user security profile assignments.
