We are looking for a Business Systems Technical Analyst to serve as a bridge between our business teams, business analyst team and development. You will analyze, design, and implement business systems solutions, ensuring that technology effectively supports organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and assisting with system integrations.
How you will support the team:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or process improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, configure, test and implement business systems solutions.
- Provide guidance on system integration and data management across multiple platforms.
- Assist in testing and validating business systems to ensure they meet requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
- Support user training and documentation for new systems or enhancements.
- Participate in multiple phases of projects to ensure specifications are implemented as designed and meet business requirements.
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with technology solutions
- Proficiency in integrating and implementing business systems, ERP platforms (e.g. Aptos, SAP, Oracle), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions (e.g. Maple Lake) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, eCom platforms, Point of Sale (POS), payment, business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Ability to work independently to deliver high-quality documentation in a timely manner across a variety of project engagements
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data modeling
- Knowledge of system integration and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expert ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
