Our distribution center in Longueuil is looking for an Office Supervisor, warehouse support.

Your role is to ensure the smooth operation of activities related to billing (rebilling), credits, purchasing programs, purchase costing, delay verifications, and verification of transportation costs/billing, ensuring they are done efficiently.

Supervising the Customer Service department is also part of the daily management responsibilities of this position.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Organize, review, and supervise the effective implementation of corporate procedures and policies.
  • Participate in the development of continuous improvement of processes and policies and their impacts on entities (distribution center and stores).
  • Participate in the budgeting process, analyses, and other projects.
  • Organize, supervise, and train a team of Customer Service agents to handle customer requests.
  • Evaluate the team's performance and ensure good communication with customers.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need, among other things:

  • A DEP or DEC in accounting or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and in a high-volume environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel for performing VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
