As the Studio Dresser, you will contribute to Laura's success by playing a pivotal role in the visual presentation and efficiency of our daily eCommerce photography shoots. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of our brand, and the ability to work closely with our styling and production teams to meet daily shoot quotas.

How will you support the team?

• Manage and outfit daily eCommerce shoot rack; assign looks by model and shoot day; steam and prep each item to be ready for the day of shoot.
• Choreograph the sequence of looks for optimal efficiency and daily output.
• Support and engage in the styling workflow (sample organization, data entry and scanning products, re-tagging samples, following styling document prepared by Stylist Liaison).
• Ensure all on-figure imagery showcases best fit, feels comfortable and is styled with confidence.
• Ensure that the outfit tags are scanned and uploaded in the software to document the outfits.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Maintain an intimate understanding of the brand purpose, stay up to date on eCommerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to the brand's competitive landscape.
