Position: Deployment Clerk
Schedule: Afternoons/Weekends
Location: London, Ontario (On Site)
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Deployment Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is Permanent Part Time. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Under supervision, the Bed Board Deployment Clerk is a valuable member of the Sodexo Team and has a significant impact on the efficient and effective operation of the bed board management funtion. As the successful candidate, you will be repsonsible for the appropriate and efficient placement of deploying beds to Victoria Hospital and University Hospital housekeeprs for cleaning, transfer, and dischargge. cleaning of inpatient areas. This position is responsible for maintaining management of the bed board access and flow for the orgnaization providing a centrla resource for the client. This positoin has an integral function in monitoring the timely follow up and completiong of discharge cleaning.
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 1 year bed board management experience in a hospital setting is considered an asset
Minimum of 1 year completed in a post secondary Administration/Medical Office Administration Program is considered an asset
Demonstrated customer service focus
Well developed keyboarding/computer skills with a minimum keyboarding speed of 45 wpm and experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Cerner Capacity Management
Effective time management and organizational skills
Experience problem solving and working in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated excellent verbal and communication skills
Demonstrated excellence in conflict resolution skills and handling difficult conversations
Demonstrated committment to Health and Safety standards and working in compliance with related policies, Health and Safety Legislation, and best practices
