As the Support Centre Specialist, you will support Laura Canada by responding to user service calls and resolving their issues according to service level agreements.

How will you support the team:

• Route Level 2 and 3 support requests to the appropriate person and inform users of the process.
• Log all support requests with the necessary details and route them to the correct groups and/or person.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within service level agreements.
• Contribute to the solutions knowledge bank.
• Alternate with other team members on various support tasks.

• Basic network communication knowledge.
• Organized, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• An understanding of PC hardware operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken to communicate with internal partners around Canada.)
• Weekend availability.
