WHAT'S THE JOB?

Dana Hospitality (a part of Dexterra Group) is looking to hire a full-time Administrator & Social Media Content Creator. As a company that focuses on Scratch Cooking, we are looking for an individual skilled at providing general administrative support and also populating social media handles with content.

This position will be located at Health Sciences North in Sudbury. The candidate will report to the general manager onsite:

  • Assist with invoicing, receipts, cash reconciliation and other administrative functions onsite
  • Execution and implementation of health & safety protocols
  • Assisting with execution of logs and verification when needed
  • Assist with answering client/customer inquiries surrounding our Food Services which includes phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting guests
  • Create multiple and custom Social Media content and able to pollinate the following platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook).
  • Collect and Create Content to populate these handles with engaging, relevant and value-adding material for customers
  • Interact with customers to gauge customer satisfaction regarding Food Services and liaison with Dana's management team providing the paint points and work towards solutions
  • Work with the Food Operations and Kitchens to generate excellent digital content regarding Food Processes, New Offerings and Culture
  • Respond to questions, inquiries and suggestions about Food Services with a winsome and professional manner

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Cash handling and reconciliation experience
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Rudimentary understanding of Kitchen Health and Safety is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of the big 4 Social Media platforms including: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter
  • Ability to edit both audio and video on desktop and mobile
  • The ability to take strong and well-positioned photos with a mobile or tablet camera
  • Demonstrated ability to be both creative and efficient in creating Social Media content
  • Ability to develop rapport immediately and follow up on deliverables is a must
  • Flexibility in hours is strongly preferred
