The opportunity

You're a CEGEP or university student looking to expand your work experience in finance/accounting, here's a great opportunity for you.

A temporary contract, that allows you to work part-time to accommodate your school schedule.

Reporting to the Manager of Import Payables, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions and payments related to Imports. As the Import Payables Clerk, you ensure payments to vendors are processed accurately and on time and through correct payment channels.

What your tasks will look like :

• Check and match invoices against the emails received ;
• Run diverse reports to ensure all invoices are logged for payment ;
• Organize the invoices for payments ;
• Send out weekly payment details to teams cross company.

• Working towards a DEC or BAC in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related fields (or equivalent) ;
• Minimum 6 months relatable experience would be an asset ;
• Knowledge of MS Office (including Excel) ;
• Be detail-oriented ;
• Bilingual (English and French) ;
• Be available 2 or 3 days per week (between Monday and Friday).
• You will need to be avaible to work from the office one day per week (Monday)
