Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support and guide Associate Store Owners in all aspects of their business: analyze key performance indicators, gross profits and price profiles, market trends and potential, competitive pricing, product line changes, recommend best business procedures, track shipments, etc.
  • Development of sales and distribution network in its territory and of partner network.
  • Contribute to sales growth of associates and partners by planning special sales events (Grand openings, customer recognition events, tool & equipment exhibitions, filter events, etc.).
  • Present and support various programs and sales promotions
  • Implementing and monitoring programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at the store level (questions and/or concerns from store owners or staff, resolution of CD issues, inventory billing) at the customer level (key store customers), as well as at the CD level.
  • Ensures that all situations and requests have been addressed.
  • Promote our programs to ensure maximum uptake: plan sales efforts with the DSF (Dedicated Sales Force) and work with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration.
  • Hold regular business reviews with store managers on a regular basis
  • Ensure the loyalty of store purchases

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a DEC with 7 to 10 years of related experience;
  • Strong sales and business development skills;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Master the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism (when required);
  • Knowledge of the principles of finance and administration;
  • Solid knowledge of the market, the competition and the environment of our industry.
