NAPA DC in Langley Twp, BC is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor

Our Warehouse Supervisors are outstanding planners, they oversee their teams and ensure that parts and accessories are received, stored, and shipped according to the highest standards. They never compromise on safety, which is their top priority. Our supervisors pay close attention to the well-being of their staff to maintain a pleasant work environment.

In this key role, you will:

  • Coordinate the work carried out by the distribution center team
  • Ensure the management of daily operations
  • Organize the receiving and product put-away
  • Organize the storage and retrieval of warehouse products
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety measures
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Related warehouse/distribution experience in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Ability to collaborate and motivate within a team environment
  • Health and Safety focused
  • Experience in employee relations
  • Experience in a unionized environment preferred, where applicable
  • Ability to identify various projects for improving the facilities and related systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
