Sleep Country / Dormez-Vous is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Media Specialist - Paid Social to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams as well as other departments.
This role operates in a hybrid work model out of our corporate offices in Pointe-Claire, QC.


Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Own the day-to-day management of omnichannel performance marketing campaigns, optimizing towards revenue and profitability goals via campaign building, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of paid social and programmatic campaigns against defined KPIs to continuously improve campaign performance against organizational goals
  • Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly media planning across digital
  • Build and present media plans against revenue goals
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of paid social media campaigns across multiple social media buying platforms including set-up, daily monitoring, pacing and optimization
  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management
  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for social marketing campaigns
  • Garner insights on creative assets to ensure proper optimization against performance KPIs
  • Work closely with our in-house and external agency partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple media channels and touch points
  • Evaluate success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions
  • Responsibility for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

  • A University/College degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related discipline preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social, display, programmatic campaigns.
  • Background working at Agency/ecommerce/tech platform/ or DTC brand
  • Experience working with external partners including creative agencies and media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, negotiation, strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Excel.
  • Relevant certifications across advertising platforms including Blueprint certification.
  • Fully Bilingual (English/French) written and spoken required.
