JOB DESCRIPTION
Midland Transport is looking for a motivated individual to work as a Transport Agent Coordinator based out of our Head Office Location in Dieppe, NB.
We are seeking someone detail-oriented and proactive to serve as the key liaison between Midland Transport and our Agent Network.
Shift
Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to incoming customer and agent inquiries, identifying and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Tracking and tracing customer orders to ensure accurate updates.
- Coordinating weekend or after-hours deliveries as needed.
- Auditing, processing, and approving agent payables, including related adjustments when required.
- Reconciling and consolidating agent payables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Managing agent-related freight issues involving overages, shortages, or damages.
- Processing documentation related to customer claims accurately and efficiently.
- Take ownership of your daily tasks and performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have minimum High school Diploma.
- You have a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer facing positions. Transportation experience preferred.
- You fluent in both official languages English and French.
- You have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- You are strong Microsoft Suite user.
- You are able to troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution.
- You are able to work efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers.
