JOB DESCRIPTION

  • $21.45 - $23.10 per hour, depending on grade level
  • Co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000, if eligible
  • Opportunities to take part in job related training and development

  • Signing incentives for full-time roles for graduating students who have completed a work term within J.D. Irving (if applicable)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Insights Reporting

  • Update and create insight reports from proprietary segmentation studies
  • Present findings to leadership team

Program/Project Development

  • Assist in creating the Research & Insights Co-op program
  • Engage in special projects as required

Survey Development and Analysis

  • Assist in reviewing the survey design and questionnaires for product innovation research, corporate reputation, and gen Z immersion research
  • Analyze trend reports and highlighting key findings and their significance to our business

Market Visits

  • Attend market visits and complete market observation documents to share with our cross functional team

Research & Insights Website Updates

  • Maintain the Research and Insights website through timely content updates and ensuring appropriate access levels for different user groups

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrollment in College or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics and/or Marketing Research students preferred
  • Good academic standing required
  • Completion of one prior internship/work term required
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data
  • Presentation development
  • Strong MS skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
  • Time management and ability to work independently
