JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a heavy-duty truck dealership. This position plays a key role in providing financing solutions to our customers, coordinating with financial partners, and supporting dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and French preferred), detail-oriented, and experienced in finance or business administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Financing Solutions:
    • Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate financing options.
    • Present, explain, and finalize finance packages clearly and professionally.
    • Ensure all documents and applications are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
  • Coordination with Financial Partners:
    • Liaise with various banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to secure approvals.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with all finance partners to improve approval rates and service levels.
    • Keep up-to-date with lender policies, credit systems, and financing programs.
  • Ford Order Management (For Affiliates):
    • Manage and process ford orders for affiliates.
    • Track orders, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
    • Ensure clear communication and timely updates to internal teams and affiliate partners.
  • Sales Team Collaboration & Finance Penetration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify financing opportunities.
    • Support the development of targeted finance offers and promotions.
    • Monitor and report finance penetration rates and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Ensure all finance-related documentation is compliant with industry standards and dealership policies.
    • Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting.
  • Customer Experience & Follow-up:
    • Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during the finance process.
    • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and timely funding.

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive finance, dealership coordination, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of credit principles and financing products.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and finance platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
