JOB DESCRIPTION
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service and administrative tasks, focusing on greeting visitors, answering phones, managing travel, and providing general office support. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Director of Operations and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both internal and external stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail- prepare weekly mailbag.
- Type and proofread documents, reports, draft presentations using Microsoft Office
- Assist with data entry tasks, order and maintain office supplies.
- Book Travel for Kent Head Office, and Operations as required
- Handle inquiries and address customer concerns as required.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees and customers as required.
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience for all interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices.
- Experience with customer service and/or administrative tasks is a plus
