JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of the Network Services team, you will have a direct impact on enhancements that ensure the digital experience exceeds the expectations of the enterprise. You will also ensure that network operations are efficient and secure by monitoring network performance, support planned maintenance, adjusting network components technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, software-defined wide area networks, load balancing, and monitoring tools. You will actively respond to network issues as part of a collaborative team.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver on maintenance and support, Security Access Requests (SARs), Incident, Service Requests , and collaborate on Problem Management
- Fails, events and performance monitoring of the JDI networking infrastructure
- Follow the process of networking support for all tiered support levels
- Follow and support the enforcement of standards, road maps, frameworks, processes and policies related to networking
- Participate in projects related to networking technologies and products that align with the strategic roadmap for JDI IT
- Lifecycle on network services
- Participate in the on-call rotation for production support
- Continuous learning on networking process automation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Required: A university degree in engineering , college diploma or a related discipline
- Ability to pivot to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information
- Ability to describe, create and manage system documentation
- Work well in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Effective customer service and communication skills
Bonus:
- Knowledge or experience in network tools and technologies like Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst, Wireless, Meraki, OpManager, Azure Networking
- CCNA certifications
- ITIL Foundations certified
- Programming or scripting skills
