JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. Responsible for minimizing financial risk by correcting invoicing and warehousing errors to ensure invoices are accurate and customer claims are validated quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve invoice discrepancies & take corrective action
- Customer Claim investigation for validity & resolution
- Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigation
- Continuous improvement activities
- Review & maintain vendor policies to ensure compliance
- Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time
QUALIFICATIONS
- College/University certificate or equivalent experience in Supply Chain and Finance
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
- Critical thinker - Problem solver - Find a better way
- High Attention to detail
- Team player
- Proficient with data (Excel etc.)
- French would be considered as an asset
