JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. Responsible for minimizing financial risk by correcting invoicing and warehousing errors to ensure invoices are accurate and customer claims are validated quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve invoice discrepancies & take corrective action
• Customer Claim investigation for validity & resolution
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigation
• Continuous improvement activities
• Review & maintain vendor policies to ensure compliance
• Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time

QUALIFICATIONS

• College/University certificate or equivalent experience in Supply Chain and Finance
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
• Critical thinker - Problem solver - Find a better way
• High Attention to detail
• Team player
• Proficient with data (Excel etc.)
• French would be considered as an asset
